Green Life Science announced on the 30th that it had decided on a 6.5 billion won facility expansion investment following a board of directors resolution.

The investment is being pursued with the aim of expanding the production capacity of AI semiconductor materials and adding new active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) product items. Through the facility expansion, the company plans to simultaneously strengthen the production capabilities of both core business divisions.

The total investment amount of 6.5 billion won is equivalent to 16.95% of the company's equity capital (38,355,292,278 won). The initially announced investment period is from July 30, 2026, to December 31 of the same year.

Regarding the basis for calculating equity capital, the company explained, "It is a figure that includes the amount based on the December 31, 2025, financial statements plus the capital surplus increased from January 1 to July 30, 2026."

Additionally, it noted that the start date of the investment period is the date of the board resolution, and the end date is the expected completion date. Furthermore, it stated that the investment amount and period may be partially changed in the future depending on the business environment and the progress of the investment.
