The National Pension Service (NPS) has officially changed its shareholding purpose in Doosan Enerbility from 'simple investment' to 'general investment.'

According to the Summary Report on Large Holdings published on the 31st, the NPS stated that it changed the purpose of holding Doosan Enerbility shares from simple investment to general investment. Both the date on which the reporting obligation arose for this change and the reference date for preparing the report are July 29, 2026.

As of the report, the NPS currently holds 48,852,699 shares of Doosan Enerbility, representing a 7.63% stake. This is a decrease of 1,503,546 shares compared to the previous report's figure of 50,356,245 shares (7.86% stake), with the ownership ratio also dropping by 0.23 percentage points.

As a professional investor, the NPS submitted the summary report, and it was noted that there are no special matters or major agreements such as trust, collateral, lending, discretionary, or joint holding agreements related to the shares in question.
