Cielab announced on the 4th that it has signed a 30.7 billion won artificial intelligence (AI) software supply contract with BINC. The contract, titled '2026 NIPA NVIDIA VeraRubin S/W Supply,' is worth a total of 30,704,163,000 won. This large-scale order amounts to 298.9% of Cielab's consolidated revenue of 10,272,325,511 won from the previous year. The supply region for this contract, signed with BINC, a company whose main business is supplying AI infrastructure solutions, is South Korea. The contract period runs from August 4, 2026, to March 31, 2027, and the products will be supplied through outsourced production. Regarding payment terms, Cielab stated that there is no separate down payment or advance payment. Payment will be made within 30 days of the completion of inspection or in accordance with the prime contractor's inspection and payment conditions. Additionally, the contract amount is scheduled to be received in cash within 30 days of the tax invoice issuance date. The company explained that the contract amount excludes value-added tax. It added that the contract end date reflects the expected schedule for receiving payment after delivery, and a correction disclosure will be made if the schedule changes in the future. It further noted that the specific details of the contract may also change depending on future progress and negotiations. Meanwhile, the Korea Exchange suspended trading of Cielab's common shares for 30 minutes starting from 2:26 p.m. on the 4th in connection with this single sales and supply contract disclosure. After trading resumes, the stock price will be determined through a single-price auction method for 10 minutes.
