Naver will participate in a paid-in capital increase by its affiliate KREAM, investing 130 billion won.

On the 4th, Naver announced through a regulatory filing on 'Investment in a Specially Related Party' that it had decided to invest 130 billion won (130,000 million won) in its affiliate KREAM. The investment is scheduled to take place in the second half of 2026, and Naver plans to acquire 38,681 common shares of KREAM through this transaction.

According to the filing, the investment amount was calculated based on the planned issue price per share, and details may be subject to change depending on future progress. Naver explained that the purpose of this investment is 'to secure funds for enhancing business scale and other objectives,' adding that it is a measure following its decision to participate in KREAM's paid-in capital increase.

Reflecting this investment, Naver's total investment in KREAM will amount to 179.999 billion won (179,999 million won).

Meanwhile, the investment agenda was passed at the board of directors meeting on August 4. All four outside directors attended the meeting, along with the corporate auditor (audit committee member).
