Doosan Fuel Cell announced on the 5th that it has signed a supply contract for solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) stacks with Germany's Reverion GmbH.

The contract amount is 108.7 billion won, equivalent to 23.9% of the company's recent consolidated revenue (454.8 billion won) based on 2025 figures. The target supply region is Germany, and the contract period runs from August 4, 2026, to December 31, 2027. The contract (order) date is August 4, 2026.

Payment terms consist of a 20% advance payment and an 80% balance. The contract amount was converted to Korean won by applying the initial announced exchange rate of 1,429.90 won per dollar to the contract value of 76 million US dollars (USD 76,000,000) as of the contract date.

Meanwhile, the company stated that the contract amount and period may be subject to change depending on the progress of the business.
