The group The Wind has made a comeback after 1 year and 2 months with their fourth mini-album 'Second Wind : S#00,' transforming into 'refreshing rascals.' This album marks their first collaboration with Fanstar Entertainment and signals The Wind's musical leap forward.

The Wind has dubbed this comeback their 'Round 2,' capturing a step of growth built on past experiences. Instead of returning to a familiar starting line, they attempted new changes on both the musical and conceptual fronts.

The title track 'Party Like A Rock Star' is a pop rock song that blends funky guitar riffs with EDM sound. It adds raw energy and a free-spirited vibe to their signature refreshing quality, while the music video—featuring playful direction of the members running through hallways and classrooms along with sporty styling—visually showcases their complete transformation into 'refreshing rascals.'

Park Kyung of the group Block B handled the lyrics, composition, and production for all tracks on this album, guiding The Wind's new musical direction. Park Kyung's sensuous sound, honest emotion, and unique melodies blend with The Wind's charm to complete a new identity dubbed 'Refreshing Hip.' The collaboration between Fanstar Entertainment and Park Kyung effectively materialized The Wind's musical transformation. Park Kyung stated, "I wanted to present a new direction for The Wind."

The album also includes a variety of genres, such as the title track along with 'With the Wind,' 'That's Smoove!,' 'Shiver,' and 'Back and Forth.' All of the tracks are centered around the identity of 'refreshing' to form a cohesive sense of unity.

The title track 'Party Like A Rock Star' achieved notable success by entering the Melon HOT 100 chart immediately upon release. The Wind is currently delivering confident performances on music shows and stages, further solidifying their position as 'refreshing rascals.' Through this album, they are praised for establishing a 'new refreshing formula' by adding new energy while maintaining their existing refreshing image.

Meanwhile, The Wind has consistently left behind signature hits since their debut. Their track record includes 'ISLAND' from their 2023 1st mini-album 'Beginning : The Wind Page,' 'WE GO' from their 2023 1st single album 'Ready : Summer Vacation,' 'H! TEEN' from their 2024 2nd mini-album 'Our : YouthTeen,' 'Nice to Meet You, My First Love' from their 2024 3rd mini-album 'Hello : My First Love,' 'Only One' from their 2025 2nd single album 'Only One Story,' and 'Hello Tomorrow' from their 2025 digital single, continuing their lineage up to 'Party Like A Rock Star' from their 2026 4th mini-album 'Second Wind : S#00.'
