This marks first place among Friday-Saturday dramas and a new personal best. According to Nielsen Korea, the momentary viewership rating surged to 11% in the latter half of the broadcast.

In this episode, the Sales Team 3 of Durumi Electronics carried out an operation disguised as a 'workshop' at the Taegongsan Grandpa Pension, suspected of being the base of an organ trafficking ring. Sales Team 3 gathered at the pension ahead of a meeting with a new client. Simultaneously, Lee Dong-jin (played by Lee Sang-yi) was tracking a series of disappearances in the area and investigated the same accommodation. The actions of individuals approaching with different purposes intertwined into a single case, heightening the tension.

During the workshop night, Yoo Bo-na (played by Gong Hyo-jin) stepped up as the team's representative in a drinking contest, held on until the end, and left a joke saying, 'I'm kind of a killer,' before falling asleep. However, the atmosphere shifted dramatically when Ki Young-do (played by Moo Jin-sung) was struck on the head and placed on an operating table, and the true identities of the pension grandpa (played by Jung Sun-chul) and grandma (played by Park Hye-jin) were revealed.

Those who drank the honey water offered by the grandma collapsed one by one, but Sales Team 3 remained fine. This was because their visit was a meticulously planned operation targeting the organ trafficking ring's hideout. As the operation began in earnest, Ki Young-do discovered an electromagnetic wave-blocking device, and Bong Tae-min (played by Kim Nam-hee) used a fly-shaped camera to confirm the underground organ extraction site. Oh Hyun-nam (played by Ha Yul-ri) had prepared a drug neutralizer in advance, ensuring the team's safety.

When the power breaker was shut off, the bound Kim Bong-pal (played by Sung Dong-il) and Yang Ye-sol (played by Kim Ga-hee) launched a counterattack.
