Trains on Seoul Subway Line 1 are passing through Yongsan Station on the uptown line without stopping due to protests and demonstrations, which is expected to cause inconvenience for commuters.

According to a safety advisory text message from Korea Railroad Corporation (Korail) on the 10th, trains on Line 1 heading uptown (toward Seoul Station and Cheongnyangni Station) are passing through Yongsan Station without stopping due to protests and demonstrations that morning. As the non-stop passes continued as of 8:33 a.m., special caution is needed for commuters who planned to take trains toward Seoul Station or Cheongnyangni Station from Yongsan Station.

The time when normal stops will resume has not yet been confirmed. Passengers planning to use Yongsan Station must check the service status before departure, and if their schedule is tight, they should actively consider using alternative transportation such as buses or other subway lines.

Since train service conditions may vary depending on on-site circumstances, it is recommended to check the latest information through Korail notices and station broadcast announcements.
