EBS' 'Seo Jang-hoon's Neighbor Millionaire' highlights the 40-year success story of Chairman Lim Jang-seop, the frontrunner of the watermelon distribution industry with an annual revenue of 100 billion won.

Chairman Lim has led the domestic watermelon distribution industry for 40 years. Currently, through 600,000 pyeong of farmland and approximately 900 contracted farms, he distributes about 20,000 tons of watermelons annually, and is known to have built a special relationship of trust with a village in Iksan, North Jeolla Province.

A large-scale watermelon distribution center spanning 5,000 pyeong, located in Buan, North Jeolla Province, is also revealed. Watermelons gathered from across the country go through sugar content sorting machines and strict quality inspections based on an 11 Brix standard before being delivered to consumers as 'honey watermelons.'

In this broadcast, Seo Jang-hoon and Jang Ye-won visit a watermelon harvest site. The two received Chairman Lim's 40 years of know-how and competed in a watermelon-picking contest. Jang Ye-won showed confidence drawing on her extensive experience in selecting watermelons, while Seo Jang-hoon competed by tapping to check the sound and closely examining the skin color. The results were starkly different. One received high praise for the cross-section, color, and sound, while the other had to admit defeat as a white core remained. In the on-the-spot tasting, the honey-like sweetness spread in the mouth, surprising everyone.

The three then moved to the watermelon loading site. Skilled workers demonstrated overwhelming skills, moving 28 watermelons in just 28 seconds using a technique called 'one second, one watermelon.' Chairman Lim suggested a watermelon-throwing challenge to Seo Jang-hoon, and Seo confidently stepped up, but an unexpected situation arose, causing a stir on site.
