■ Performance Improvement Led by 'Rehouse' and Premium Product Lines The Rehouse division was the key driver behind this performance improvement. Q2 Rehouse revenue grew 13% year-over-year, with major product categories including kitchens, bathrooms, and storage continuing to see strong sales driven by increased apartment transactions and remodeling demand. Combined revenue for premium kitchen products 'Kitchen Bach' and 'Euro Kitchen' increased 40% year-over-year in Q2. Revenue for the storage furniture line 'Signature' and the sofa series 'Swive' also grew by 12% and 46%, respectively. ■ Online Performance and Offline Efficiency Strategy Online channel performance was also notable. 'Hansem Mall,' which was revamped around private brand (PB) products with enhanced product search convenience, saw its first-half revenue increase 20% year-over-year. Digital innovation for customer convenience also continued. In April, Hansem introduced a sales management system that manages the entire process from consultation to installation through a collaboration with Salesforce. In June, the company launched 'Interior Planner,' a mobile platform that handles consultation, measurement, estimation, contracting, installation, and after-sales service (AS) all in one place. For offline stores, the company closed underperforming locations and carried out renewals and new openings centered on core commercial areas. In February, Hansem Gwell City Mall stores in Cheongju, Cheonan-Asan, and Ulsan newly opened, and in July, the Lotte Dongrae store reopened after renovation. Furthermore, the company expanded its marketing touchpoints by utilizing various channels such as TV, social media, influencers, and content PPL, focusing on key products including kitchens and storage.
■ Second Half: Strengthened B2B Push and Shareholder Return Policy In the B2B sector, the company plans to further strengthen its targeting of major reconstruction and redevelopment complexes in Seoul as well as the premium residence special sales market, based on synergies with Hansem Nexus. Hansem plans to maintain its existing strategies in the second half, including strengthening the competitiveness of upper-tier grade products, advancing distribution and channel strategies, and enhancing brand value, to sustain its growth momentum. Meanwhile, in June, Hansem announced a mid- to long-term shareholder return policy, including a 50 billion won treasury stock buyback and quarterly dividends, in a move to enhance shareholder value.
