Vuno's stock is falling sharply in the Nextree (NXT) aftermarket immediately after the company disclosed its decision on a rights offering.

As of 4:26 p.m. on the 28th, Vuno was trading at 6,620 won per share in the NXT aftermarket. This is 760 won (10.30%) lower than the regular market closing price of 7,400 won. Vuno closed the regular session at 7,400 won, up 20 won (0.27%) from the previous trading day.

The plunge was triggered by the rights offering announcement made that day. Vuno announced that it had decided on a rights offering through a shareholder allocation followed by a public offering of unsubscribed shares, issuing 6.3 million new common shares to raise funds for operations and debt repayment.

The planned issue price is 4,980 won per share, and the total amount to be raised based on this price is 31.374 billion won. The raised funds are to be used as follows:

  • Debt repayment: 20 billion won
  • Operating funds: 10.624 billion won
  • Other funds: 750 million won

According to the schedule, the new share allocation record date is October 2. Existing shareholders' subscription will take place from November 9 to 10, with the payment date on November 17 and the new shares scheduled to be listed on November 30.
