According to the regulatory filing, the contract amount of 195.679 billion won excludes value-added tax and equals 65.8% of the company's recent revenue of 297.453 billion won based on the consolidated financial statements for the end of fiscal year 2025.

The scope of the work covers the supply and installation of precast concrete (PC) materials for FAB Zone 2 within the SK Hynix Yongin Cluster Phase 1 Ph-4 IBL construction project. The region of sale and supply is Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.

The contract period runs from August 27, 2026 to May 31, 2028. The contract date is August 31, 2026, based on the date of the counterparty's electronic signature. There is no contract deposit or advance payment, and payment will be made on an interim (progress-based) basis.
