EcoPro HN has signed a contract worth 93.6002 billion won to supply greenhouse gas reduction equipment to Micron's semiconductor Asia entity.

EcoPro HN announced that it signed the contract, valued at 93.6002 billion won, with Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. to supply greenhouse gas reduction equipment. According to the regulatory filing, the confirmed contract amount of 93.6002 billion won equals 66.4% of the company's most recent revenue of 141.057118027 billion won based on the consolidated financial statements in its 2025 business report.

The equipment to be supplied is a large-capacity catalytic PFCs (perfluorinated compounds) treatment system, part of EcoPro HN's greenhouse gas reduction solutions business segment. The sale and supply region is Woodlands, Singapore, and production will be carried out through outsourced manufacturing.

The contract period runs from August 29, 2026 to April 1, 2029, and the contract date is August 31, 2026, when the purchase order (PO) was received from the counterparty.

Payment will be made in stages. The down payment of 20% of the contract amount will be paid after the issuance of the purchase order (PO), the interim payment of 55% after the completion of design drawings and final confirmation of on-site delivery, and the remaining 25% after the completion of test runs and performance testing.

The contract amount is 68 million dollars, calculated at the exchange rate of 1,376.50 won per dollar published by the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage on August 31, 2026.
