■ Contract Size... Equivalent to 18.89% of Recent Revenue

The contract amount is 2,365,900,000 won (excluding VAT), equivalent to 18.89% of the company's most recent revenue of 12,526,033,167 won based on its 2025 standalone financial statements.

The counterparty, VK Co., Ltd., is primarily engaged in general machinery technology research and development and technical services. Now Robotics disclosed that it has performed similar contracts with the same counterparty over the past three years.

■ To Be Executed from September to November 2026, with Delivery to the United States

The contract period runs from September 7 to November 15, 2026. The sales and supply region is the United States, a location designated by the counterparty, and the sales and supply method covers both in-house and outsourced production.

Payment will be made in installments: 30% upon contract signing, 60% as an interim payment upon completion of the receiving report by the relevant team and shipment, and 10% as the balance upon completion of installation and trial operation and receipt of the completion report (FAC) from the relevant team.

Meanwhile, Now Robotics stated that the terms of the contract may change through consultation with the counterparty depending on the progress of the work.
