ENHYPEN's 8th mini album 'THE SIN: BLISS' received Platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ). The association stated that the album surpassed a cumulative shipment of 250,000 copies as of August. With this, ENHYPEN has achieved its 17th Gold Disc certification overall.
The Recording Industry Association of Japan classifies certification levels according to album shipments: Gold (100,000 copies), Platinum (250,000 copies), Double Platinum (500,000 copies), Triple Platinum (750,000 copies), and Million (1,000,000 copies). Starting with their 2nd full-length album 'ROMANCE: UNTOLD' in 2024, ENHYPEN has received Platinum and Triple Platinum certifications for six consecutive releases, maintaining popularity in the region.
'THE SIN: BLISS' recorded strong results not only on Japanese charts but also on global charts. It entered at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard main album chart 'Billboard 200,' and also topped three categories of Oricon's rankings: the 'Weekly Combined Album Ranking' (dated September 2), 'Weekly Album Ranking,' and 'Weekly Overseas Album Ranking.' It also ranked at the top of Billboard Japan's 'Top Album Sales' and 'Hot Albums.'
On the latest Billboard chart (dated September 12), 'THE SIN: BLISS' ranked 24th, maintaining its position in the upper ranks for the second consecutive week. The album placed 2nd in the 'World Albums' category and 5th in the 'Top Album Sales' category. The title track 'Bloody Paradise' also ranked 46th on the 'Global (Excl. U.S.)' chart and 75th on the 'Global 200' chart.
