The public subscription for Deoksanneptunecores shares targeting general investors concluded its two-day schedule on the 17th.

Deoksanneptunecores conducted its general subscription for two days starting on the 16th through its listing underwriter, Daishin Securities. The final offering price was set at 14,600 won, the top of the hoped-for price band (12,400–14,600 won).

The total number of shares offered is 3 million, of which 750,000 shares were allocated to general investors. A total of 132,911 subscription applications were submitted. Accordingly, the equal allocation stands at 2.82 shares based on the minimum subscription, with the proportional competition ratio recorded at 665.64 to 1. Investors who applied for the minimum subscription unit of 10 shares were required to pay a subscription deposit of 73,000 won.

Previously, Deoksanneptunecores recorded a competition ratio of 868.64 to 1 in its demand forecasting for institutional investors. A total of 2,269 domestic and foreign institutions participated, and 97.13% of the requested volume was bid at or above the upper end of the hoped-for offering price. The mandatory holding commitment ratio was tallied at 4.05% in terms of quantity.

Deoksanneptunecores is a defense and aerospace company that develops navigation and anti-jamming solutions. Following the subscription, it plans to be listed on the KOSDAQ market on the 30th after allocation and refund procedures.
