The first day of the public subscription for Brills, a robot modularization platform company, aimed at retail investors has concluded. Attention is now focused on the competition ratios for equal and proportional allocations.

Brills has been conducting its general subscription through its listing underwriter, IBK Investment & Securities, starting from the 17th. The subscription period lasts two days, running through the 18th. The total volume for general subscription is 300,000 shares.

A total of 33,578 subscription applications were recorded on the 17th alone. Based on the first day, the equal allocation stood at 4.47 shares per applicant, with the proportional competition ratio tallied at 27.46 to 1.

The final offering price was set at 19,500 won, the upper end of the desired price range (16,500 to 19,500 won). Brills previously recorded a competition ratio of 1,187.74 to 1 in its demand forecast conducted for institutional investors.

Meanwhile, the subscription closes on the 18th, and after the refund and payment processes, the company is scheduled to list on the KOSDAQ market on October 1.
