Kumyang announced that it has added a 'partial amendment to the articles of incorporation' to the agenda of its extraordinary general shareholders' meeting.

On the 22nd, the company filed a correction disclosure to revise the resolution on convening the shareholders' meeting, reflecting the additional agenda item. As a result, the agenda now consists of two items: the existing 'approval of the company split plan' and the newly added 'partial amendment to the articles of incorporation (addition and change of business purposes).'

The business purposes to be added to the amendment are as follows:

• Electricity supply and energy management business for data centers
• Business related to ESS and energy storage devices
• Data center thermal management business
• Data center facility and equipment maintenance business
• Data center security business
• AI platform and AI service business

Kumyang specified the reason for adding the business purposes as 'reflecting the business purposes of the newly established company resulting from the physical split and reorganizing the business purposes.' Accordingly, the existing clause '27. All businesses incidental to each of the foregoing items' will be changed to '33. All businesses incidental to each of the foregoing items' for the purpose of reorganizing the provisions.

The extraordinary general shareholders' meeting will be held at 10 a.m. on October 19 at the grand hall on the 9th floor of Kumyang's building in Sasang-gu, Busan. The record date for exercising voting rights is September 28.

Kumyang noted that the main contents of the proposals may be subject to change and asked shareholders to refer to the notice of the shareholders' meeting to be disclosed later for further details.
