Fidelix has signed a memory semiconductor supply contract worth 19.2 billion won with a U.S. semiconductor distributor.

Fidelix announced in a regulatory filing on the 29th that it signed a memory semiconductor supply contract worth 19.244 billion won with Alliance Memory, Inc. of the United States. This amounts to 35.8% of the company's 2025 standalone revenue (53.61551 billion won).

Alliance Memory, Inc., the counterparty to the contract, is an unlisted U.S. company whose main business is semiconductor distribution. Fidelix stated that it has performed similar contracts with the company over the past three years.

The contract period runs from September 29, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The supply region is the United States, and payment will be made in cash at the time of delivery, with no contract deposit or advance payment. As a fabless company, Fidelix will supply the contracted volume through outsourced production.

The contract amount is 14.15 million U.S. dollars, converted into Korean won at the initial announced exchange rate of 1,360 won per dollar on September 29.

The company explained that the contract date was recorded as the day it received the Purchase Order from the counterparty, and that the contract end date may be changed by mutual agreement between the two companies.
