Miss Kim of KBS1's 'Hometown at 6 O'Clock' visited Uiryeong County, South Gyeongsang Province, presenting a journey encompassing history, food, and nature.

The broadcast began at the Uiryeong History and Culture Theme Park. Amid a warm welcome from local residents, Miss Kim boarded the 'Uiryeong Bread-Bread Bus,' heading first to the birthplace of independence activist Baeksan Ahn Hee-je. There, she recalled his devotion, noting that the school he founded and his company, Baeksan Trading Co., provided more than 60% of the operating funds for the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea.

Next, she tasted gukbap, Uiryeong's signature dish, at a traditional beef gukbap restaurant run by the same family for three generations. Surprised by the generous portion, Miss Kim was shown on air unable to fit it all in one bite, exclaiming, 'My cheeks are going to burst.'

The final stop was the Jagulsan Natural Forest Recreation Area. Miss Kim took part in a forest walk and hands-on activities, conveying the charm of the pristine nature to viewers.

Through this broadcast, Miss Kim experienced Uiryeong's history, traditional food, and natural environment, showcasing the region's diverse attractions.
