Spear has signed a special alloy supply contract worth 18.8 billion won with a U.S. global aerospace launch company. The contract amount equals 19.70% of its recent revenue.

According to a regulatory filing submitted on the afternoon of the 6th, the confirmed contract value is 18,840,985,126 won. This is equivalent to $13,857,741.34, converted using the final exchange rate of 1,359.60 won per dollar published by the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage on the 2nd.

The counterparty is a U.S. global aerospace launch company, and the sales and supply region is overseas. Spear stated in the filing that it has performed contracts of the same type with the counterparty over the past three years.

The contract period runs from October 3, 2026 to December 30, 2027. The contract start date and the contract date are based on the date of receipt and confirmation of the purchase order (P/O). The end date is a scheduled date reflecting the expected payment receipt timeline after delivery, and a correction filing will be made if the schedule changes in the future.

There is no contract deposit or advance payment, and payment terms are 30 days from the invoice issuance date. The supply method is outsourced production rather than in-house production.

Meanwhile, the counterparty's company name, recent revenue, relationship with Spear, and supplied items were not disclosed at the counterparty's request to protect its trade secrets. The withholding period for disclosing information related to the counterparty extends until December 30, 2027. The company cited the counterparty's request for confidentiality of trade secrets as the reason for withholding disclosure.
