Sanil Electric announced that it has signed a supply contract for Pad Mount transformers to be used in a U.S. battery energy storage system (BESS) project.

The contract is valued at 35.06698 billion won, equivalent to 6.99% of recent revenue. According to the regulatory filing, the exact contract amount is 35,066,977,229 won, or 25,792,128 U.S. dollars. The conversion was based on the exchange rate on the order date of October 2, 2026 (1,359.60 won per dollar), and the contract amount excludes value-added tax (VAT).

The counterparty to the contract will not be disclosed under a mutual non-disclosure agreement and is expected to be revealed after the disclosure exemption period ends on September 13, 2032. The sales and supply region is the United States.

The contract period runs from September 22, 2026 to September 13, 2032. The start date is the issuance date of the purchase order (PO), and the end date is when the warranty contract expires. The contract award date is based on the date the purchase order was received, October 2, 2026.

There is no down payment or advance payment, and the delivery terms are DAP (Delivered at Place). The company stated that the contract amount and period may change as the project progresses.
