Hansung Cleantech announced that it has signed a contract with Samsung E&A to supply DI PKG equipment for the Vietnam Samsung Electronics SEMV2 project, worth 22,977,168,092 won.

The contract amount equals 11.50% of the company's 2025 consolidated revenue (199,851,392,139 won).

The contract period runs from August 14, 2026 to June 30, 2027. The sales and supply region is Vietnam, and the sales and supply method covers both in-house and outsourced production. There is no down payment or advance payment.

This contract is an amendment to the contract originally signed on August 14, 2026, and was disclosed because the increased contract amount met disclosure requirements.

There is no special relationship between the company and the counterparty, and the fulfillment of similar contracts over the past three years was marked as "applicable."

This is a foreign currency-denominated contract with a contract amount of 16,239,429 US dollars. The company converted it into won using the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage's base exchange rate (1,414.9 won per dollar) on the initial contract date of August 14, 2026. The won-converted amount may change with future exchange rate fluctuations. The contract amount does not include value-added tax.

The company also stated that the contract amount and period may change during the course of the work.
