Jincostech's public subscription for retail investors concluded on the 6th at around 4 p.m., wrapping up its two-day schedule.

Jincostech completed the first day of its subscription on the 2nd and resumed it on this day after the National Foundation Day holiday. The retail subscription was conducted through lead manager Hana Securities.

■ Subscription Results: 147,227 Applications, Proportional Competition Ratio 1,370.66 to 1

Over the two days, the total number of subscription applications came to 147,227. Based on this, the equal allocation stands at 0.72 shares at the minimum subscription level. The proportional competition ratio was tallied at 1,370.66 to 1.

In the earlier demand forecasting for institutional investors, the competition ratio was recorded at 1,097.62 to 1. Based on this, the offering price was set at 23,500 won, the top of the hoped-for range (19,500–23,500 won).

■ Listing on KOSDAQ on the 15th After Payment on the 8th... First-Day Stock Price Also Draws Attention

Jincostech is scheduled to undergo the payment process on the 8th and list on the KOSDAQ market on the 15th. Attention is also focused on the stock's price movement on its first day of trading.

Based on the current price limit rules, if the so-called 'double upper limit' is reached, the stock could rise as high as 94,000 won, 300% above the offering price (23,500 won).

However, as newly listed stock prices can exhibit high volatility immediately after listing depending on procedures and market conditions, investors should be wary of excessive optimism.
