Dabolink has withdrawn its decision to issue new shares through a general public offering (small-scale offering) worth approximately 1.72819 billion won. Dabolink announced this through a regulatory filing on the 12th. The date of the decision to withdraw the rights offering is October 12, 2026.
Dabolink initially decided on the rights offering through a board resolution on October 1, and subsequently proceeded with related disclosures following a corrected board meeting on October 8.
According to the original plan, the shares to be issued were 2,501,000 common shares, with a planned issue amount of 1,728,191,000 won. The new share issue price was set at 691 won per share. The subscription period was scheduled for October 13 to 14, with the payment date set for October 19. The purpose of the fundraising was to secure operating funds.
Regarding the reason for the withdrawal, Dabolink explained that although it had consulted with relevant institutions during the process of the general public offering rights issue, it judged that proceeding would be difficult and therefore withdrew the decision to issue the shares.
