SK Eternix announced on the 12th that it has signed a business development service contract worth 43.12 billion won with Solaronics No. 6 Co., Ltd.

The contract amount (excluding value-added tax) represents 11.18% of SK Eternix's consolidated revenue of 385.64 billion won for 2025. The sales and supply region is domestic (South Korea).

Regarding the business, Solaronics No. 6 plans to own and operate a solar power plant, while SK Eternix plans to provide services related to the project and recognize revenue from it.

Both the contract signing date and the start date of the contract period are October 12, 2026. The contract end date runs until the payment date of the service fee, and the specific date will be disclosed through a correction filing once determined.

According to the main contract terms, there is no down payment or advance payment, and the service fee is to be paid within 60 days of the invoice date.

Meanwhile, SK Eternix stated that the contract amount and contract period may be partially changed depending on the progress of the project.
