Cement-related stocks are showing strength across the board in the domestic stock market. Seosan has hit the upper limit, while HC Bogwang Industry and Gangdong C&L are also posting double-digit gains, leading the rally.

As of 12:43 p.m. on the 12th, Sampyo Cement is trading at 7,600 won, up 520 won (7.34%) from the previous day. It has risen more than 7% during the session, showing a clear strength among cement-related stocks.

The core of today's rise is Seosan. Seosan hit the upper limit, surging 1,560 won (30.00%) from the previous day to 6,760 won. HC Boguang Industry is trading at 2,520 won, up 340 won (15.60%), and Gangdong C&L at 1,575 won, up 188 won (13.55%), each continuing double-digit gains.

In addition, Mohenz is trading up 1.00% at 3,030 won, and Senite is up 0.80% at 2,535 won. Hanil Cement is also up 0.55% at 16,370 won. Dongyang is up 0.27% at 1,117 won, HC Home Center is up 0.21% at 1,924 won, and SG is up 0.19% at 1,043 won, posting modest gains.

The differences in gains among individual stocks are pronounced. While buying has been concentrated in some names such as Seosan, sharply expanding their gains, the rest of the stocks remain relatively limited in their rise.

With Sampyo Cement maintaining a 7% gain, attention is focused on whether the strength of related stocks will continue in the afternoon session. However, whether the current upward momentum will spread across the industry as a whole or remain a short-term movement centered on a few stocks remains to be seen.
