Zetema announced on the 15th via a regulatory filing that it has signed an exclusive supply contract worth 30.15 billion won for a pharmaceutical product (toxin) with a domestic distributor.

According to the filing, the contract amount is 30,150,000,000 won, equivalent to 39.66% of Zetema's most recent revenue (76,928,840,66 won) based on its consolidated financial statements as of the end of 2025. The full contract amount is finalized and does not constitute a conditional contract.

The counterparty is a domestic distribution company whose main business is pharmaceutical distribution. However, the specific company name was not disclosed due to the counterparty's need to protect business confidentiality.

The contract period runs from October 14, 2026 to October 14, 2031. The contract signing date is October 14, 2026, the same as the start of the contract period.

Key contract terms indicate there is no contract deposit or advance payment, with payment conditions specified as '100% T/T in advance.' The sales and supply method is in-house production, not outsourced production.

Meanwhile, the disclosure exemption period for the contract counterparty extends until October 14, 2031. Zetema cited the counterparty's need to protect business confidentiality as the reason for the disclosure exemption.
