On the 20th, decentralized finance (DeFi)-related tokens Raydium (RAY), Ether.fi (ETHFI), and Pendle (PENDLE) all rose in the virtual asset market. However, short-term price movements and medium-term trend indicators showed divergent patterns. Raydium posted the highest daily gain, but Ether.fi recorded relatively favorable figures in its relative strength index (RSI) and large-order flows.

According to Binance spot market data on the 19th, Raydium rose 6.9% from 24 hours earlier to $1.9171. Ether.fi climbed 5.4% to $0.6952, while Pendle gained 4.4% to $2.105.

All three tokens posted daily gains, but their weekly and monthly price changes show clear differences.

■ Raydium Surges 6.9% in a Day... Falls Short of Recovering Weekly Losses

Raydium fell 20.5% over the past seven days, while rising 8.8% over the 30-day period. Although it rebounded relatively sharply in a single day, it has not fully recovered its losses from the past week.

Raydium's 24-hour price rose from $1.7933 to $1.9171, with an intraday high of $1.9640 and a low of $1.7042. The relatively wide daily price range reflected high volatility.

The daily RSI(6), a technical indicator measuring the relative strength of price gains and losses over a given period—commonly using 70 or above as overbought and 30 or below as oversold thresholds—stood at 44.62 for Raydium, placing it in neutral territory.

Large-order flows showed net outflows. This means that despite the price rise, fund flows based on large orders favored outflows over inflows. Accordingly, it is difficult to conclude that the daily gain has resolved the weakness of the past week.

■ Ether.fi Shows Relative Advantage in RSI and Fund Flows... MACD Still Bearish

Ether.fi displayed relatively balanced short-term indicators. Its price rose from $0.6596 to $0.6952 over 24 hours. Its 7-day change was -6.4% and its 30-day change was -4.1%.

Its daily RSI(6) of 53.89 was the highest among the three tokens. It did not reach overbought territory, and net inflows were also confirmed in large orders.

The current price is about 6.6% below the recent 7-day high of $0.7446. Compared to Raydium, which is about 23.8% below its recent 7-day high, the gap from the peak is relatively small.

However, Ether.fi's daily moving average convergence divergence (MACD) also remains in a bearish alignment. Even though its price, RSI, and large-order flows show relatively favorable figures, it cannot be definitively stated that a medium-term trend reversal has been confirmed.

■ Pendle Posts Highest Large-Order Net Inflow Rate... Volume and Medium-Term Indicators Underperform

Pendle rose from $2.017 to $2.105 over 24 hours. Its 4.4% gain was the lowest among the three tokens. It recorded a 7-day change of -4.8% and a 30-day change of -18.6%. Its weekly decline was smaller than Raydium's or Ether.fi's, but it showed a relatively large drop on a monthly basis.

Pendle's daily RSI(6) stood at 46.57, remaining in neutral territory. Its large-order net inflow rate of 29.59% was the highest among the three tokens, indicating inflow dominance in that order flow indicator.

However, trading volume told a different story. Current daily volume stands at just 0.30 times the recent 7-day average. Although the price rose, volume was lower than the past week's average.

The daily SuperTrend indicator, a technical tool that examines trends using price and volatility, also remained pointed downward. Pendle still shows medium-term bearish indicators despite its daily gain.

■ Summary: Short-Term Rebound and Medium-Term Indicators Diverge

Taken together, Raydium led in daily gains, Ether.fi showed relatively stable figures in RSI and large-order flows, and Pendle recorded a high large-order net inflow rate but requires further confirmation in volume and medium-term trend indicators.

There are commonalities as well. All three tokens have mixed moving average alignments, and their daily MACDs remain in bearish territory. While short-term prices are rising, indicators reflecting medium-term trends have not yet turned in the same direction.

In the market on the 20th, it will be necessary to watch whether these tokens' upward momentum continues, along with changes in trading volume, large-order flows, and technical indicator movements. In particular, whether Raydium recovers its weekly losses, whether Ether.fi maintains its relative strength, and whether Pendle's volume increases are each points to observe.
