According to the regulatory filing, the contract amount is 11,266,000,000 won (excluding value-added tax, in Korean won), which accounts for 13.42% of the company's most recent revenue of 83.98024 billion won based on its consolidated financial statements at the end of 2025.

The contract counterparty is Samsung Electronics, and the sales and supply region is domestic. The contract period runs from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2028, and the contract was signed on October 19, 2026. Payment will be made through monthly settlement of operational costs from November 2026 to October 2028, with no down payment or advance payment. The supply method is in-house production and does not involve outsourced production.

Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics is the largest shareholder of Samsung SDS, the parent company of MRO. As of the end of June 2026, Samsung SDS held a 35.47% stake in MRO. MRO stated that it has a track record of executing similar contracts with Samsung Electronics over the past three years, and noted that the contract amount and end date may be changed by mutual agreement between the two companies.
