Wavve original drama 'The Seat Next to Me, Francesca' will premiere on November 6. Along with the confirmed release date, Wavve unveiled the first teaser video and poster.

'The Seat Next to Me, Francesca' is a spin-off that expands the universe of the 2005 sitcom 'Hello, Francesca.' While keeping the original premise of vampires hiding in human society, the drama relocates the setting to a high school and reimagines it as a '2026-style high-teen romance.'

The drama follows the school adaptation period of Pi Na-young (played by Han Su-ah), a vampire who transfers from Romania, and model class president Jang Woo-joo (played by Kim Hyun-jin). Han Su-ah, Kim Hyun-jin, Kim Seung-gyu, Jung Seung-je, and Yoo Young-woo star in the series. Notably, Shim Hye-jin, who played Francesca in the original, Park Seul-gi as Sophia, and Park Hee-jin as Madam Ahn are set to make special appearances.

The released teaser poster shows Pi Na-young standing against a mysterious purple background, placing a finger on her lips in a gesture asking to 'keep the secret.' The tagline on the poster, 'A vampire disguised as an ordinary human appears at school,' sparks curiosity about Pi Na-young's double life.

The first teaser video captures the special connection between Pi Na-young and class president Jang Woo-joo, who aspires to medical school. Key characters also appear, including Yu-hyul (played by Lee Seung-gyu), homeroom teacher Jung Seung-je, and butler Yoo Young-woo. In the teaser, butler Yoo Young-woo shouts, 'Miss Francesca, go to school!' Jang Woo-joo takes care of Pi Na-young, who arrives as a transfer student, at the request of homeroom teacher Jung Seung-je, while Yu-hyul warns Pi Na-young, 'Don't get deeply involved with humans.'

Wavve original 'The Seat Next to Me, Francesca,' a high-teen vampire romance, will be released exclusively on Wavve on November 6.
