Doosan Fuel Cell's third-quarter consolidated operating loss has been provisionally tallied at 17.047 billion won.

According to a regulatory filing on the 28th, the deficit widened compared to the operating loss of 15.604 billion won in the same period last year, but narrowed significantly from the previous quarter's operating loss of 50.914 billion won.

■ Q3 Revenue Up 59.9%... Loss Narrows Compared to Previous Quarter

Doosan Fuel Cell's consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2026 came to 145.227 billion won, up 59.9% year-on-year and 228.1% quarter-on-quarter.

By profit-and-loss item, the loss from continuing operations before income tax expense was 29.846 billion won, with the deficit expanding 44.9% year-on-year but shrinking 49.0% quarter-on-quarter. The net loss for the period was 28.009 billion won, up 60.2% year-on-year but down 49.6% from the previous quarter. The net loss attributable to owners of the parent company was also 28.009 billion won, identical to the net loss for the period.

■ Cumulative Operating Loss of 69.2 Billion Won for January-September... Deficit Widens

Cumulative revenue for January-September this year totaled 334.333 billion won, up 4.8% from the same period last year. However, the cumulative operating loss reached 69.252 billion won, a wider deficit compared to the operating loss of 29.068 billion won in the same period last year.

During the same period, the cumulative loss from continuing operations before income tax expense was tallied at 97.513 billion won. The cumulative net loss for the period and the net loss attributable to owners of the parent company were each 96.795 billion won, representing a larger deficit year-on-year.

■ Operating Loss of 16.682 Billion Won on Separate Financial Statement Basis

On a separate financial statement basis, third-quarter revenue was 145.243 billion won, up 59.9% year-on-year and 228.1% quarter-on-quarter. The operating loss on a separate basis was 16.682 billion won and the net loss for the period was 38.094 billion won, with both deficits widening year-on-year but narrowing quarter-on-quarter.

Doosan Fuel Cell stated that these results are provisional figures based on consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS). The company explained that the data was prepared before the external auditor's accounting review was completed and may change depending on the results of that review.
