According to the Korea Exchange, Woori Technology's dynamic VI was triggered at 4:00:12 p.m. and lifted at 4:02:32 p.m. As of 4:03 p.m., the stock was trading at 9,640 won, up 470 won (+5.13%) from the previous day.

■ Correction Filing on Doosan Enerbility DCS Supply Contract Period

Amid this, attention has also focused on the correction to a supply contract disclosed by Woori Technology on the same day.

Woori Technology announced on the 28th that it would change the contract period of its non-safety system DCS supply agreement signed with Doosan Enerbility. The contract value is 22,008.70 million won, equivalent to 34.84% of recent revenue, based on the 2023 consolidated financial statements.

The counterparty is Doosan Enerbility, and the sales and supply region is South Korea. The contract start date is March 21, 2025, and the original end date of December 31, 2026 has been changed to April 30, 2027 through this correction.

■ Change to Existing Contract Period, Not a New Agreement

It is worth noting that this disclosure is a correction regarding a change to the period of an existing contract, not the signing of a new supply agreement.
