The CoD is withdrawing a third-party allocation paid-in capital increase worth approximately 7 billion won.

The CoD announced in a regulatory filing on the 5th that it has decided to withdraw the paid-in capital increase, citing breach of contract after Pantos Corporation, the allocatee of the third-party allocation paid-in capital increase, failed to pay the subscription funds.

The capital increase being withdrawn was decided through a board resolution on March 12, with a planned issuance amount of 6,999,970,062 won. A total of 2,219,403 new shares were scheduled to be issued at 3,154 won per share. The issuance method was a third-party allocation, with Pantos Corporation as the allocatee.

The original subscription payment date was November 5, and the decision to withdraw the capital increase was also made on the same day. The CoD explained that after the initial disclosure of the capital increase decision, it had submitted several corrected filings due to changes in the allocatee and the payment date.
