Band Dragon Pony returns to the music scene with more matured musical capabilities.

Composed of Ahn Tae-gyu, Kwon Se-hyuk, and Ko Kang-hoon, Dragon Pony will release their new single 'Calling back' at 6 p.m. on the 5th through various music streaming sites, kicking off their full-fledged promotional activities.

The title track 'Calling back' is a song that, instead of dwelling on an unreturnable past, calls the time spent together back into the present, capturing the pain of enduring a breakup. Built on Dragon Pony's signature intense rock sound, it combines fluid guitar melodies, vibrant drum beats, and deeply expressive vocals to maximize its poignant emotion.

The music video, released alongside the single, features the members confronting the emotions and traces of life left behind in the time that has passed. With refined direction showcasing a more mature side, it is expected to further enhance the song's immersion.

The new release includes the title track along with the b-side 'Back when we were young.' Based on a 1990s British rock sound, the song depicts the moment of first jamming with school friends, singing of youthful memories where tension and excitement intersected.

Notably, Dragon Pony directly participated in writing, composing, and arranging both tracks on this single, fully demonstrating their identity as a 'self-producing band.' As the members' sincere reflections are embedded in the work, expectations are high that they will present a broader emotional spectrum and a deepened sound.

Dragon Pony, building momentum with the single's release, will hold their solo concert '2026 Dragon Pony Concert 'Calling back'' for two days on December 5 and 6 at Blue Square UR WON Banking Hall in Seoul. At the performance, they plan to showcase their signature intense and powerful band sound and share deep musical resonance with the audience.
