According to a regulatory filing on the 30th, Doosan Fuel Cell entered into a contract with KHNP to provide maintenance services for 20 years at fuel cell power plants where it supplied its main equipment. The contract value of KRW 28.6 billion represents 6.29% of the company's recent consolidated revenue (KRW 454.8 billion) based on 2025 figures.
The specific contract period runs from June 30, 2026, to May 31, 2046. Service payments will be made on a quarterly basis, with no separate down payment or advance payment.
The company stated that the contract amount and duration may be subject to change depending on future project progress.
