Taeseong announced on the 8th via a regulatory filing that it has signed a contract to supply PCB automation equipment to Vietnam.

The total contract amount is 4,314,983,156 won, accounting for 11.40% of the company's 2025 consolidated revenue (37,859,245,040 won). The company explained that this amount was converted from 2,826,530.61 USD based on the Seoul Foreign Exchange Brokerage median rate of 1,526.60 won, applicable as of July 8, 2026.

The counterparty's specific identity was not disclosed at its request to protect business confidentiality. However, it is known to be a company engaged in the manufacture and sale of electrical and electronic components, with recent revenue amounting to approximately 21.89663 trillion won.

The supply destination is Vietnam, and the contract period runs from July 7, 2026, to January 24, 2028. The contract end date is based on the date of final inspection and completion, and may be subject to change depending on the subsequent delivery schedule.

Regarding payment terms, there is no advance payment. Instead, 90% of the contract amount will be paid first within 60 days of shipment, and the remaining 10% balance will be received after the final inspection is completed.
