Min Yo-han, 28, who operates 57 side dish stores nationwide and records 27 billion won in annual revenue, will appear on EBS's 'Seo Jang-hoon's Neighbor Millionaire' as the youngest millionaire in the show's history.

Despite being the youngest in his company, Min Yo-han serves as CEO. He plans to introduce the growth process of his side dish business, which holds around 1,000 recipes, as well as its domestic and international status, including expansion into the Singapore market.

The interior of his factory, dubbed the 'conglomerate of the side dish industry,' will also be revealed for the first time through this broadcast. At the factory, which produces 1,000 servings per day, a variety of menu items are made, including dried pollack, perilla oil-braised radish greens, chrysanthemum greens salad, braised tofu, and stir-fried seaweed stems.

Seo Jang-hoon and announcer Jang Ye-won tasted side dishes prepared directly by Min Yo-han and played a game to guess the best menu item. Seo Jang-hoon could not stop eating as he tasted fermented soybean paste stew, bean sprouts, seasoned radish greens, and seasoned fernbrake. He showed emotion, saying, 'It has been so long since I had seasoned fernbrake. In the past, my mother would have made it for me at home, but now...' and added, 'I feel like I could cry.' Seo Jang-hoon predicted stir-fried spicy pork, braised soy sauce beef, and rolled omelet as the best menu items, while Jang Ye-won guessed dried pollack.

Min Yo-han also shared an anecdote about appearing on Netflix's cooking survival show 'Culinary Class Wars' Season 1. When Seo Jang-hoon asked, 'I didn't see you, though?' he answered, 'I appeared for about 18 seconds,' drawing laughter. He also revealed the behind-the-scenes story that he presented braised dried pollack to CEO Baek Jong-won but was eliminated after receiving the evaluation, 'The rice is too soggy~.'

His culinary career began early. In 2014, he appeared on 'School Cooking King' as a student, and from 2021, he also appeared on EBS's 'Best Cooking Secrets' alongside Hwang Kwang-hee.

Min Yo-han's side dish business and life story can be seen on EBS's 'Seo Jang-hoon's Neighbor Millionaire' on July 15 at 9:55 p.m.
