According to the filing, the subsidiary inclusion date is July 22, 2026, which is based on the transaction closing date (share transfer date) under the share purchase agreement. However, since this transaction was not subject to a board resolution, the board resolution date was not specified in the filing.

■ Coil BESS Ltd.'s Financial Status and CEO Change The financial status of Coil BESS Ltd., whose core business is ESS construction, management, and operation, was found to be stable. Based on its standalone financial statements at the end of 2025, total assets were recorded at 1.373 billion KRW, total liabilities at 610 million KRW, and total equity at 763 million KRW, with capital stock standing at 1.58 billion KRW.

Meanwhile, the current representative listed in the filing is Sun-kyu Sun, but a new CEO, Chang-yeol Yeom, is scheduled to be appointed through a resolution on a leadership change made on the day of the filing's submission.
