Model Choi Minaso has secured a glorious ticket to the finals after passing the sixth round of the main competition on tvN's 'KILL IT: Style Creator War.'
On the episode of 'KILL IT' that aired on the 21st, Choi Minaso showcased a different charm from her usual style as she took on two key missions: the 'Complex Mission' and the 'Advertising Campaign Production Mission.'
First, in the Complex Mission, she completely shed her existing image and took on a bold style that did not emphasize her silhouette. In particular, during the natural profile photoshoot, she captured everyone's attention with her original poses making active use of the floor and her outstanding expressiveness. Fellow contestants at the site watched her test shots and did not hold back their praise, saying, "It looks like an already retouched photo," "It's perfect," and "She looks like a ballerina."
In the following Advertising Campaign Production Mission, she unfolded her sincere story under the theme of 'My Essence.' Through a phone call with her father, Choi Minaso defined 'the ability to quickly adapt to various experiences and changes' as her true essence. Based on this, she planned an advertising campaign with 'flexibility' as its core theme, and showed her passion by personally attempting an underwater shoot to express it.
Despite feeling fear on her first attempt, she burned with determination, saying, "Even if it's not perfect, I have to go back in to express it," and ultimately succeeded on her second attempt, perfectly producing the scene she wanted. After the shoot, Choi Minaso shared her unique thoughts, saying, "When I went into the water, I actually felt a sense of peace." The completed advertising campaign received enthusiastic praise from the judges, who commented, "When was this filmed?" and "It looks like a real advertisement."
Although she expressed some disappointment about the delivery of her message, her outstanding artistry and sincerity were recognized, achieving the impressive feat of placing fourth among the final TOP 7. Cha Jung-won, the leader of the White Label, also gave a positive evaluation of Choi Minaso's consistent and notable growth.
Meanwhile, attention is focused on what new and unconventional challenges Choi Minaso, who has advanced to the final stage, will unfold in the remaining competition.
