Hwashin Industry has signed a stock transfer agreement involving a change of its largest shareholder.

According to a regulatory filing by Hwashin Industry on the 27th, the current largest shareholder Hyun Seok-ho signed an agreement to transfer 12,684,196 common shares of Hwashin Industry (22.93% of total issued shares) to Onesky Inc.

  • The key terms of the transaction are as follows:
  • Transfer price: Total of 37,748,167,296 won (2,976 won per share)
  • Contract date: July 27, 2026
  • Payment date: The day following the share registration transfer date

The stock transfer will take place on the contract date, and upon successful completion of the transaction, Onesky Inc. is expected to become the largest shareholder of Hwashin Industry.

Meanwhile, the company stated, "The terms of the contract may be subject to change depending on future progress and mutual agreement between the parties."
