Hanmi Pharmaceutical recorded strong performance in the second quarter of 2026.

In a regulatory filing on the 28th, Hanmi Pharmaceutical announced that it achieved KRW 467.2 billion in revenue and KRW 131.1 billion in operating profit on a consolidated basis in the second quarter of 2026.

◆ Q2 Performance Summary

Revenue stood at KRW 467.247 billion, up 18.9% from the previous quarter (KRW 392.926 billion) and up 29.3% year-over-year (KRW 361.277 billion).

Operating profit reached KRW 131.093 billion, surging 144.4% from the previous quarter (KRW 53.649 billion) and 116.9% year-over-year (KRW 60.438 billion).

Profit before income tax was KRW 120.14 billion, up 116.9% from the previous quarter and 142.5% year-over-year.

Net profit was KRW 84.082 billion, up 64.6% from the previous quarter and 95.5% year-over-year. Net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was KRW 83.31 billion, up 83.1% from the previous quarter and 115.2% year-over-year.

◆ First-Half Cumulative Performance

On a cumulative first-half basis, the company recorded revenue of KRW 860.173 billion and operating profit of KRW 184.742 billion, representing year-over-year increases of 14.4% and 54.6%, respectively.

Cumulative net profit was KRW 135.165 billion, up 54.2%, while cumulative net profit attributable to owners of the parent company was KRW 128.801 billion, up 58.4%.

◆ R&D Investment Status

Hanmi Pharmaceutical stated that its total cumulative research and development (R&D) investment on a consolidated basis for the first half of 2026 amounted to KRW 125.534 billion, accounting for 14.6% of revenue.

The company also explained, "These results are preliminary consolidated figures prepared in accordance with the Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS) and have not been reviewed by an external auditor, so they may be subject to change based on future review results."
