Enex's largest shareholder is set to change.

Enex announced in a regulatory filing on the 30th that it has signed a stock and management rights transfer agreement to transfer 3,377,388 common shares (a 28.48% stake) held by its largest shareholder Park Jin-gyu and seven others to the 'Enex Future Growth Fund.'

The total purchase price for this management rights sale is 11,483,119,200 won. The contract date is July 30, 2026.

According to the payment schedule, a 1 billion won deposit will be paid on the contract date of July 30. The remaining balance of 10,483,119,200 won is scheduled to be paid on September 4, 2026, or on a date agreed upon by the parties, subject to the fulfillment of all precedent conditions under the contract. The scheduled closing date for the entire transaction has also been set for September 4, 2026.

The company stated that the largest shareholder is expected to change as a result of this stock and management rights transfer agreement. Once the transaction is ultimately completed, it plans to issue a separate 'Change of Largest Shareholder' filing. It also explained that any changes to the terms of the stock purchase agreement during the performance process will be subject to additional disclosures.
