In the July Netizen Awards Best Category Celebrity Award voting results, Jung Seo-joo defended the top spot for the 13th consecutive month amid overwhelming support.

According to the final tally, Jung Seo-joo secured a total of 27,235 votes, maintaining the No. 1 throne with a 77.8% share. She raised her share from the previous month's 74.3% to the late 70% range, single-handedly capturing more than three-quarters of the total votes. She has proven her status as an undisputed powerhouse by not yielding the top spot even once over a period of one year and one month.

In the top tier, the ranking competition among celebrities chasing Jung Seo-joo was fierce. Jung Dong-won TV, backed by the full support of a solid fandom, garnered 2,558 votes (7.3%), making a major leap from 4th place in the previous month to 2nd. Meanwhile, Giant Peng TV (Pengsoo), which was 2nd last month, remained at 2,105 votes (6.0%) and slipped one spot down to 3rd.

In the middle ranks, a shift was detected due to the vote competition among trending stars. Lee Chan-won climbed from 5th place last month to 4th with 1,287 votes (3.7%), while Pani Bottle settled into 5th place with 800 votes (2.3%). Dex101 held the 6th spot with 738 votes (2.1%), and Choo Sung-hoon recorded 7th place with 217 votes (0.6%). Aiki ranked 8th with 44 votes (0.1%).

Fierce vote competition continued in the lower ranks as well. Soon-ja's mother maintained the same 9th place as the previous month with 33 votes (0.1%), and Hot Issue Ji, who newly entered the rankings this month, finished in 10th place with 9 votes.
