Fidelix will supply memory semiconductors worth 11.4 billion won to Samsung Electronics.

According to a Fidelix regulatory filing on the 3rd, the supply contract signed with Samsung Electronics amounts to 11,427,774,335 won. This represents 21.3% of the company's most recent annual revenue (53,615,520,000 won) on a standalone basis for 2025. The supply region is domestic, and the contract is under non-cancellable terms.

The contract period runs from April 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028, and may be subject to change based on consultation with the client. The contract date is August 3, 2026, when Fidelix receives the Purchase Order from Samsung Electronics. Payment will be made within 15 days from the delivery completion date or the date of tax invoice issuance.

Fidelix is a fabless company, and this contract will be carried out through outsourced production. The company explained that the contract amount reflects the exchange rate determined by the client on the purchase order, and that the exchange rate at the time of actual delivery will be applied to the tax invoices issued and the payment amounts.
