T1 will play the main roster debut match of rising jungler Kim Eun-hu in their home game against Hanhwa Life Esports.

Ahead of their 2026 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) regular season Round 3 Week 2 match at 5 PM on the 8th at the Chzzk LoL Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul, T1 officially announced the starting roster via social media. The roster includes 'Doran' Choi Hyun-jun, 'Painter' Kim Eun-hu, 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok, 'Phase' Kim Soo-hwan, and 'Keria' Ryu Min-seok.

In a bold move, T1 has fielded 2007-born Kim Eun-hu as a starter in place of starting jungler 'Oner' Moon Hyun-jun. After thorough discussions among the coaching staff, Kim Eun-hu, who belonged to the T1 Esports Academy, has been given the opportunity to compete on the main roster stage.

Kim Eun-hu reached the main roster on the back of his rapid growth. He began his professional career in May 2024 with DRX's (now Kiwoom DRX) third team, advanced to DRX's second team in 2024, and then joined the T1 Rookies for the 2025 season. He subsequently transferred to the T1 Esports Academy, reached the second team within nine months, and earned a spot on the main roster just eight months after joining, proving his potential as a standout prospect.

The LCKCL casting team has also offered high praise for the rookie's rapid promotion. Caster 'Kuro' Lee Seo-haeng noted that while Kim Eun-hu initially did not stand out, he has now established himself as a key player for the T1 Esports Academy, commending his growth. Caster Shin Jung-hyun also spoke positively, highlighting 'his outstanding engage ability since his second team days and his quick adaptation after joining the Challengers.'

Meanwhile, T1, aiming to defend their lead, has been building momentum with a 2-0 victory over Dplus KIA on the 5th. In addition to the main roster, the team is simultaneously reorganizing its development squad. On the 6th, T1 called up third-team jungler 'Karim' Oh Jae-seung to the second team, continuing to pursue the ongoing evolution of the team's overall strength.
