In episode 2 of ENA's variety program 'X The League,' representative sellers from eight countries embarked on the first round's 'ranking sorting' mission. After fierce competition, the Indonesian team overcame internal conflicts to claim first place in the intermediate rankings, while the Korean team secured second and the U.S. team shockingly plummeted to eighth.

For this mission, each team selected products from a showroom featuring around 200 brands and formulated their sales strategies. Thai team owner Bambam explained that teams could freely choose products from any country, and MC Tiffany Young emphasized that sellers must prove their capabilities through sales.

Each team competed with distinctive strategies. The Korean team built their strategy around premium home appliances, while the Chinese and Thai teams focused on K-beauty products. The Indonesian team prioritized their own halal-certified products, and the Japanese team prioritized their own curated selections. In the Vietnamese team, a disagreement arose between team owner Taing Thuyien and team captain Viet Anhing over selecting high-end versus low-priced products. Viet Anhing argued for bulk sales of low-priced goods to boost GMV, but they failed to reach an agreement.

Korean team captain Gi Eun-se opened up her studio-like home and shared her experiences of failure from her acting career, her comeback through social media activities, and her conviction about product verification as a seller. Revealing her dedication, she stated, "I thoroughly verify and study products for those who trust me and buy them." She set the first round's target sales at 2 billion KRW and focused on achieving it with her team. Team member Kkaon-ni negotiated with a rice cooker brand and recorded approximately 270 million KRW in sales, posting the highest sales on the first day.

Japanese team captain Sana revealed that she was previously male and is now a CEO who designs corsets and wedding dresses. She expressed her determination to serve as a role model for the Japanese team, saying, "I reached where I am today by making wedding dresses that anyone can wear regardless of gender, body type, or nationality." Thailand's Cassie showcased her grand mansion and explained what inspired her to start live commerce.

Despite offering a 50% discount and free shipping in negotiations with a health supplement brand, the U.S. team fell to eighth place in the intermediate rankings. U.S. team member Frances Farago expressed shock at the eighth-place finish, declaring, "Team USA needs to wake up. We will find a solution and come back stronger."

The Indonesian team, whose combined followers total 176.85 million, fell short of expectations due to low local brand recognition of Korean products and the impact of the holiday season, prompting an emergency meeting. Despite internal conflicts within the team, they recorded 1.59 billion KRW in sales and claimed first place.

The intermediate rankings were as follows: Indonesia (1st, 1.59 billion KRW), Korea (2nd), China (3rd, 1.26 billion KRW), Singapore & Malaysia (4th), Thailand (5th), Vietnam (6th), Japan (7th), and the United States (8th).

'X The League' is a national commerce competition where global sellers compete for a grand prize of $500,000, airing every Sunday at 7:50 PM.
