The illusion performance 'ONE OF ONE,' presented by Lee Eun-gyeol to mark the 30th anniversary of his debut, opened on August 22 at the Grand Theater of the Sejong Arts Center in Seoul. The show runs until September 6, with a running time of approximately 120 minutes.

'ONE OF ONE' is a work designed to let audiences directly experience a world of fantasy by combining Lee's signature magic, refined over 30 years, with new staging and large-scale stage technology, video, music, and lighting. A technical team from Las Vegas in the United States and production staff from home and abroad participated in the stage design, presenting scenes where large-scale props, screens, lighting, and video technology come together. Audiences will encounter staging that dissolves the boundary between reality and fantasy, such as a toy transforming into a helicopter and a train running through a screen.

The title 'ONE OF ONE' carries three meanings: a one-and-only original stage (Origin), an experience that will never be repeated (Nevermore), and a special edition featuring his finest works from 30 years (Edition).

Unlike conventional magic shows, the performance is structured so that instead of guessing or analyzing tricks, audiences follow the images and scenes on stage, experiencing unique stories and spaces.

Lee Eun-gyeol began magic in 1996 and elevated the status of Korean magic at international competitions. He placed second overall at the 2003 FISM World Championship of Magic and won the General category in 2006. This performance embodies his 30-year journey of 'expanding from a magician to an illusionist' by integrating music, lighting, video, narrative, and stage direction.

The show received high attention as soon as tickets went on sale. After bookings began in June, it ranked first in real-time reservation rankings in the musical genre at official ticketing outlets, and seats in upper-tier categories for major performances sold out quickly.

Performance times are 7:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 2 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, with admission restricted to ages 7 and above.

In a recent interview, Lee said, 'For the past 30 years, I have invested time and money into creating scenes that do not exist in this world, rather than using magic tools made by others,' adding, 'I hope audiences do not simply feel amazement after watching the performance but take away their own emotions and images, and as an illusionist, I will continue to expand the boundaries.'
