MBN's variety show 'Legendary Men' has held onto the No. 1 spot in the Wednesday variety category for seven consecutive weeks.

In the broadcast on the 26th, 'Legendary Men' recorded a peak viewership rating of 4.6%. The episode was formatted as a 'Gods of the Workplace' special. The TOP7 (Seongri, Haru, Jang Han-byeol, Hwang Yun-seong, Jung Yeon-ho, Lee Chang-min, and Irune) and the Job Changers 7 (Jin Sim-on, Kim Yong-pil, Park Hye-shin, Lee Seung-yoon, Shin Sung, Yoon Soo-hyun, and Choi Woo-jin) appeared, presenting various performance battles themed around the jobs or dreams they had before becoming singers.

MCs Jang Min-ho and Yang Se-hyung dressed as a skipper and a wallpaper hanger, respectively. Yang Se-hyung introduced that his mother works as a wallpaper hanger, and Seongri revealed that he had also worked as one.

The TOP7 transformed into a born-to-be idol, a fruit shop youth, a dental school student, a kids cafe teacher, an auto mechanic, a 2AM youth, and an insurance planner for their stages. The Job Changers 7 included Assistant Manager Jin Sim-on, former announcer Kim Yong-pil, beauty reporter Park Hye-shin, Lee Seung-yoon known for 'I Am a Nature Person,' all-around employee Yoon Soo-hyun, gardener Shin Sung, and hotelier Choi Woo-jin. Season 1 MC Kim Dae-ho made a surprise appearance on the TOP7's 'Myriad Forms' stage and performed together with them.

Results of the Mission Battles

In the 'God of Part-Time Work' mission, Haru and Choi Woo-jin faced off, with Choi Woo-jin winning.

In the 'God of Management' battle, Irune won by performing ATEEZ's 'BAD' challenge and a 'I'll Live in Style' stage, while Seongri and Lee Seung-yoon also took on the 'BAD' challenge.

In the 'With Ri' mission, Jin Sim-on praised Seongri, saying, 'Seongri has a glow about him. But his price is expensive.' Seongri countered with 'Dumhdurum,' and Jin Sim-on took the victory with 'The Pain of Waiting.'

In the 'God of Job Transfer,' Kim Yong-pil talked about his feelings upon leaving his announcer position, and Kim Dae-ho related to him. Lee Chang-min sang 'Promises Are Like the Wind' with female dancers, while Kim Yong-pil won with 'Grow Old with Me,' composed by Lee Chang-min.

In the 'God of Brains' mission, Yoon Soo-hyun revealed that she once ranked fifth in her school, while Jang Han-byeol introduced his record of ranking first in school, winning an Olympiad award, and studying dentistry at a prestigious Australian university, and won with 'Chest Ache.' Afterwards, Seongri and Jin Sim-on moved viewers by singing 'Mother' as a duet.

In the 'God of Nature' mission, Lee Seung-yoon conducted a courage test, and the broadcast showed Jang Han-byeol and Seongri being startled by a creature in a box. Irune showed his affection for Park Hye-shin, saying, 'You are beautiful' and 'My ideal type is Park Hye-shin,' and holding her hand while saying, 'Correct! Slender jade-like hands!' In the 'Woodcutter' battle between Lee Seung-yoon and Jung Yeon-ho, Jung Yeon-ho won.

In the final 'God of the Silver Tongue' mission, Hwang Yun-seong and Park Hye-shin took the stage, and Jung Yeon-ho defeated his opponent with 'My Dear.' Park Hye-shin praised him, saying, 'I want to join the fan club,' and the final victory went to Hwang Yun-seong. As a result, the TOP7 took the overall championship.

'Unknown Legends' Rises in Gallup Korea Rankings

Meanwhile, 'Unknown Legends,' the show on which 'Legendary Men' is based, ranked 13th in the Gallup Korea survey on 'Broadcast Video Programs Koreans Love' conducted in August, three months after its finale. This was a rise of four places from July.

'Legendary Men' airs every Wednesday at 9:40 p.m.
