Meatbox Global announced that it has decided on a bonus share issue involving the issuance of 11,293,050 common shares. New shares will be allocated at a ratio of two new shares for each existing common share.

According to the regulatory filing, the total number of issued shares before the capital increase is 5,646,525 common shares, which will increase to 16,939,575 shares after the bonus issue. The par value per new share is 100 won.

Regarding the schedule, the new share allocation reference date is September 17, 2026. New shares will be allocated at a ratio of two shares per share held to shareholders registered on the shareholder registry as of that reference date, with no fractional shares to occur. The scheduled listing date for the new shares is October 13, 2026.

The bonus issue will be funded by 1,129,305,000 won from the capital reserve (excess of share issuance). The dividend accrual date for the new shares is January 1, 2026.

The company explained that the scheduled date for delivering new share certificates is omitted, as it is not applicable due to the implementation of the electronic securities system. It also stated that other incidental matters related to the issuance of new shares have been delegated to the CEO, and that the schedule stated in the filing may change through consultations with relevant institutions.

Meanwhile, the KOSDAQ Market Division suspended trading in Meatbox Global's common shares from 10:58 a.m. on the day, citing the bonus share issue as the reason. The suspension will last until 30 minutes have elapsed from the time of the trading halt. For 10 minutes after trading resumes, prices will be determined through single-price matching auctions, with a random-end mechanism applied to the single-price auction.
